nVent ERICO 很高兴向各位客户宣布：自2026年9月8日起，Cadweld Plus 放热焊药罐将全面采用全新改良型硬质引火条。该引火条采用印制电路板基材，刚性大幅提升。在施工现场作业时，能够更便捷、可靠地将引火条插入 Cadweld Plus Impulse 夹具内，提升现场操作便利性。外观区分：新款引火条为铜色；原有旧款焊药罐引火条为银色。本次产品为滚动切换更新，市场上将逐步出现搭载新款引火条的焊药罐。对于配有旧版银色引火条的焊药罐，不接受仅为更换新款引火条而产生的退货。
We are pleased to announce that as of September 8, 2026, our Cadweld Plus cups will be equipped with the new and improved rigid ignitor. This ignitor is made of printed‑circuit‑board material. Its enhanced rigidity greatly improves on‑site usability, allowing the ignitor strip to be inserted into the clip of Cadweld Plus Impulse more easily and reliably. Appearance Difference: The new ignitor strip is copper‑colored, while the original strip supplied with old cups is silver‑colored. This is a running production change. Customers will gradually receive cups fitted with the new ignitor. Returns of cups with original silver ignitor strips for the sole purpose of swapping to new ignitor‑equipped cups will not be accepted.
除引火条升级之外，Cadweld Plus 同时推进可持续减塑改造，践行环保目标。nVent 集团目标：到2035年，出货产品包装彻底淘汰全部一次性塑料及泡沫材料。过去一年，Cadweld Plus 焊药罐完成两项改动：1.原塑料罐盖替换为全新铝箔密封盖，并且升级了更强粘性的密封胶；2.取消焊药罐外围的塑料热缩膜，进一步减少塑料耗材。产品小提示：罐口边缘采用颜色标识，可快速区分焊药规格与焊剂材质类型。
Besides the ignitor‑strip upgrade, Cadweld Plus also carries out sustainability improvements to cut plastic consumption. nVent has set a target to eliminate 100% of single‑use plastics and foams from outgoing product packaging by 2035. Two revisions have been implemented for Cadweld Plus cups over the past year: 1.The original plastic lid has been replaced with a new foil lid with high‑adhesion adhesive. 2.The shrink‑wrap film around the cup perimeter has been removed for further plastic reduction. Tip: Color coding on the cup rim enables quick identification of weld size and weld‑metal type.

Driven by strong market demand, Cadweld Plus still has order backlogs due to delivery delays from some raw‑material and component suppliers. We maintain solid partnerships with our suppliers, and material deliveries have become stable. We are working hard to clear backorders and shorten lead times to the greatest extent possible.
